*more information below on noses, nobodies, and thrones if you so desire*

  1. the nose

the insult: “you have a weird nose”
the instinctive reaction: “screw you!” (*cue insecurity*)
the logical reaction: “i am sorry you were not taught to be a compassionate and empathetic human being. i’d just like to say my genes have crafted this nose themselves and i am indebted to them for the glory that is this appendage. i also would like to say that i appreciate your existence anyways and hope this kindness hurts you in a good way.”

2.  the nobody
the insult: “nobody likes you”
the instinctive reaction: “screw you!” (*cue anger*)
the logical reaction: “you know in fact, my dog is a pretty huge fan of my existence. though he may not have only 2 legs, a neocortex as developed, and the ability to speak (human language), he is indeed capable of emoting and he has shown me more love than you are showing me now. but regardless…. i would still like to say that i appreciate your existence anyways and hope this kindness hurts you in a good way.”

3. the throne
the insult: “you know nothing Jon Snow”
the instinctive reaction: “screw you! i am the king of the north and i know everything!!!” (*cue rage*)
the logical reaction: “you know perhaps there are some things that i indeed do not know… like the fact that i am capable of coming back to life after being stabbed repeatedly. nevertheless…. i appreciate your existence and hope this kindness hurts you in a good way.”
